Optical Weft Straigtener for Printing Fabric
Introduction:
Our optical weft straightener is specifically designed to seamlessly connect with various machines such as stenter machine, sanforizer, printing machine, mercerizing machine, and more.
With its advanced technology and precision engineering, our optical weft straightener ensures smooth and accurate fabric production. It effectively straightens the weft of the fabric, resulting in a flawless finish.
Working Prinicple:
The optical weft straightener machine have serval sensors and their light source evenly distributed width of fabric, When fabric runs through the sensors and bulbs of light source. Each weft shall affect the brightness of the ray detected by the sensor. The receiver on the sensor can receive the altemative dark and bright signals. Which collected by the detector. After comparing and analyzing, the angle of weft can be calculated and sent to computer for treatment. The computer can judge amount of bias and bowed weft from serval sensors and drive the straightening actuator of bias and bowed weft immediately thus to straighten them automatically.
