Fabric Rope Opener Finishing Line
Introduction:
“SLITEX” series rope opener finishing line is have a widely application for textile dyeing & finishing filed. The key unit rope opener can connect with different device such as padder, washing tank, cutting head etc. Which helps to achieve a different finishing process in one machine. Whole machine adopt with high automation system, which have a highly working efficiency.
Features:
- The detwister unit is major used for rope fabric detwisting process, equipped with detwister wheel, main driving detection wheel and sensors, which helps to achieve a perfect rope opening result.
- The main machine is include fabric beater, centering device, expander roller, fabric slitting device, electrical cabinet etc.
- Filtering tank is used for remove the fluffy from the main washing tanks.
- Open width padder is major used after washing squeezing, which can maximize the residual moisture inside the fabric and maintain a uniform pick up rate of the fabric.
