Tubular Knit Sliter Enzyme Washing Machine
INTRODUCTION:
“SLITEX” series tubular slitting enzyme washing machine is major used for knit after dyeing, bleaching & washing process., Equipped with enzyme washing tank and squeezing padder. Which helps for get different treatment trough 1 machine, such as: Tubular slitting, wool washing, squeezing etc. With the help of high automation system, zero manual intervention in production can be achieved.
FEATURES:
- A small padder at the entrance of main machine
- The machine main body include, fabric detwiter, fabric beater, centering device, tension roller.
- The squeezer padder include a high pressure padder, gurantee a high efficieny squeezing for the wet fabrics
- Tubular knit fabric slitting device
- Double enzyme washing tank with filter tanks
- Tension roller between the main machine and washing tanks. Ensure low tension working condition
- Whole machine adopt with inverter and plc automation system
- Machine max. speed can be adjust to 100m/min
- The machine body is made of stainless steel 304
- Touch screen control system.
